What do you do as the head of SEAT’s digital products?
My job is to design digital products for the connected car that enable users to connect to their digital life. Our goal is to implement high-value car-related features so that our customers can enhance their vehicle with new functions.
What do you think is the most important aspect of your job?
The key is to listen to customers to understand their wishes. Give them what they really need using all the technology we have and offer them an easier, more intuitive user experience.
Where do you see the future in this area?
Connectivity is a key to today and the future... The automotive industry is experiencing the most significant disruption in its history. We are moving towards an autonomous, shared car scenario, and this is where connectivity plays a key role. I imagine a future of mobility in which we will know everything about each of our users and will be able to give them a personalised service at all times. In other words, we will proactively and individually propose mobility solutions that are easy and sustainable.
